Do I need a ticket? When are movies
Shown? The movies are absolutely FREE!! Yeehaw! We have a
number of ways you can give back, if you should so desire.. you can
volunteer your time or donate your money.
ALL MOVIES BEGIN AT DUSK. This is very similar to a regular
drive-in where we can't show the movie until it's dark. We usually
try and show short films before the main feature, and sometimes we
get to show two movies! It's really a crapshoot. We include general
start times in an email. (Email
List Sign Up).

How do I get there?
We are at the corner of 18th and Rhode Island Streets, in the
lovely Potrero District.
Please respect our neighbors and do not block
driveways!

Seating General Seating:
Lawn seating is available to all. We suggest you arrive early for
best seating. You may bring blankets, chairs, sleeping bags, a
sofa and ottoman, or whatever you want.
PLEASE NOTE: It has been known to get VERY CHILLY in the
evenings, so be prepared. That's not to say it's always chilly, but
tossing a pair of gloves in the backseat will ensure you see the end
of the movie!
Refreshments We serve HOT POPCORN, and it
is goooooooood. Donations and tip jar are at the popcorn
machine.
Bringing you own food is welcome. Trash and recycling containers
are located on the sidewalk. Be an EXCELLENT movie
watcher/neighbor and dispose of your trash, so we don't have to
*grin* ...
Barbecues are not allowed due to fire regulations.
Is Alcohol Permitted? Alcohol is permitted.
We are just some folks getting together and watching movies... No
one is responsible for you or how much you consume, or how you get
home EXCEPT YOU. And if you bring beers, share them with Derek and
Emily (for sure).
Smoking Rules Smoking is not permitted in
the field, although we're pretty lax about this rule. (It's mostly
it's because of the fire hazzard). Just use your head, or simply
stand up and walk to the sidewalk or street.
Are there bathrooms? Unfortunately there
are no bathrooms. Talk to whomever is in charge if it's "an
emergency", otherwise, we usually direct you to pee on the fence off
to the side, or walk/drive down to a local restaurant or corner
store.
Are pets allowed? All pets are welcome. For
dogs, please bring a leash and baggy for cleanup.
What else do I need to know?
- DRESS WARM. We cannot stress this enough. It's a misnomer to
think that if it's warm at 6pm, that it will stay that way. Bring
a blanket. Bring gloves. Bring a sleeping bag. This is what
everyone does.. don't be left out!
- Please be aware of personal items. We cannot assume
responsibility for lost or stolen items. If you DO lose something,
send us an email and we'll
get it back to you.
